Despite being shackled by debt, recession, and the jobs crisis— millennials aren’t motivated by money. Rather, they’re driven to make the world more compassionate, innovative, and sustainable. We're not the "me me me generation." Over 50% of millennials would take a pay cut to find work that matches their values. We're a generation that wants to align our work with our purpose.
